A Weekend of Entrepreneurship Discovery

Thanks to the work of an interdisciplinary team of Texas State faculty and entrepreneurs, what began years ago as “3 Day Startup” (or 3DS) has evolved into a new program called “Ignite”.

Ignite is a weekend for entrepreneurial discovery that is a virtual, 3-day, learning-by-doing workshop for students interested in learning more about the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Whether you have an idea for a business or are simply curious about the fascinating world of entrepreneurship, Ignite is the perfect place to begin your journey! Ignite workshops are held once each long semester and once over the summer. Ignite workshops are open to all Texas State students and are held entirely online (via Zoom).

Students work in diverse teams with peers from across campus and receive guidance from experienced faculty, entrepreneurs, and mentors (many of whom have started and sold their own businesses). If you have an interest in learning the foundations of entrepreneurship in a relaxed environment and are interested in engaging in valuable networking, we invite you to apply!
